Rm2000 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the rm2000 platform — including the website, mobile application, and all related services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and rm2000 ("Platform"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must cease using the platform immediately.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password. rm2000 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. Please report any suspicious activity to our support team immediately.

General User Responsibilities

• Not using the platform for any illegal or fraudulent activities.
• Not attempting to attack, hack, or disrupt the platform's infrastructure.
• Not using automated software, bots, or unfair methods in gameplay.
• Complying with all applicable Malaysian laws while using the platform.

All financial transactions on the rm2000 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via supported payment methods including e-wallets and online banking transfers. The platform reserves the right to set minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals from time to time.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the account or payment method registered under the same account holder's name. Withdrawal requests are subject to an identity verification process that may require supporting documents. The platform reserves the right to hold withdrawal processing until verification is complete.

• Fraud, match manipulation, or unauthorised collusion with other users.
• Attempts at money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Repeated violations of any platform rules.
• Requests from relevant legal authorities.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of terms, any credit balance remaining in the account may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation. Users who wish to voluntarily close their account should contact the support team to initiate the process.
